NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Metropolitan Sewer Subdistrict Commission (the “Commission”), the governing body of the Metropolitan Sewer Subdistrict, South Carolina (d/b/a MetroConnects) (“MetroConnects”), will conduct a public hearing (the “Public Hearing”) concerning the adoption of the base and volumetric charges for sewer collection services shown in the table below for calendar years 2024, 2025, and 2026, respectively. Charges will be effective on January 1 of the applicable year. The Commission reviews charges for sewer collection service on an annual basis and may revise the charges set forth below in any future year.

The Public Hearing will be held at 2:00 p.m. on August 21, 2023, in the administrative offices of MetroConnects located at 120 Augusta Arbor Way, Greenville, South Carolina 29605. The Public Hearing shall be conducted publicly and both proponents and opponents of the proposed charges shall be given full opportunity to be heard in person or by counsel.
