A People-Friendly Portal

MetroConnects just made permitting easier! Beginning Monday, Jan. 29, all permits will be processed through the new PLL (permits, licensing, and land) Portal. This will streamline the permitting process, making it easier and faster for you to apply for, pay for, and track permits.

Users can access the permitting system directly at https://gisportal.metroconnects.org/publicportal or via MetroConnects Web site. Everything you need as you move through the permitting process is available for you in the portal Dashboard. When you visit the portal for the first time, you will be prompted to create an account. From there, you can access the Dashboard where you can create a new permit application, track the status of your permit, securly pay your fees through PayTrace, attach permit documents, and schedule inspections for your permit. You can also print out your permit and receipt from the portal.
